How to Apply

The WGEL Application must be submitted electronically using DocuSign. Before starting the online application, we ask you to download a PDF of the application so you know what materials, forms, and data you’ll need to gather and prepare.

We recommend printing and filling out a paper copy of the application before you start the online application, so you know you have everything you’ll need.
